Vitamin D3 5000 iu + K2

Vitamin D is one of the vitamins that I take, and I know for sure that the same day, if it is actually in the capsule as claimed, because vitamin D causes me insomnia if I take it too close to bedtime. That happened to me with this supplement. It didn't make me feel jittery or wired, my mind just won't get sleepy if taken before bed. This vitamin D capsule is small, easy to swallow, has no flavor at all, and doesn't appear to have any filler ingredients. I would say it is very effective and a good value. I avoid the sun as much as possible, and my vitamin D was low on my most recent blood test. I will revisit this review after my next blood draw and update if my numbers improve. I suspect that they will.

On the surface, this looks like a good supplement. It is branded "American Choice," so it appears like it is made in the US. It has a standard dosage of D3 and K3 found in many other similar supplements.However, looking at the information on the box, it is made in India and distributed by a company registered in WY where thousands of other businesses are registered. This in itself is not necessarily concerning. However, the only contact info is an email with an Australia domain, so that just adds to the mystery of this supplement. It might be perfectly fine, but I don't really feel comfortable taking this.

Comes in a straightforward package. I really like how the pill is small and standard which makes it easy to take. So far, so good as I can tell on starting to have a little more energy. I suggest taking the pill earlier in the day as to not energy boost in the evening. Also, I noticed a facial glow and a little clear up of light acne which I’m attributing to this vitamin add.

D3 and K2 are necessary vitamins, and as we go into winter, it will be more important to supplement vitamin D levels, particularly. These taste alright, though they are a little big and sticky. They are an alright value for money, and seem high-quality enough.

The only reason I got this was that it was free on Vine. At 25 cents/capsule, it’s way more expensive than any other 5000IU Vitamin D pills I’ve purchased. The capsules are on the smaller side & easy to swallow. Problem is that they look so much like the other vitamin capsules I take, I had to start marking them with a Sharpie to tell them apart 🙄🤦‍♀️Can’t really tell that these are anything special or different from other brands to justify the price.Can’t Recommend

The email address appears to have a .au ending, meaning Australia, although the Sarataraiq office is listed as being in Wyoming and the trademark is filed there.At any rate, these look like a typical D supplement and I like that they combine the K2 for convenience.

I can't speak to the value of these vitamins physiologically, but I can say that they're easy to use. They appear to be good quality, taste very neutral, and haven't caused me any stomach upset. My PCP had suggested I increase my vitamin d, and these are his suggested value. Good value.

our food is junk even the so called health stuff. they are far more worried about quantity and quality suffers greatly because of it. What this means to you is that you are not getting now where near all the vitamins and nutrients that you should be and are forced to take vitamins now if you want to live your healthiest life. I am also a firm believer that nobody is concerned about your well being so it is your job to protect yourself in every way you can.ok I will get off my high horse and let you know that these are a good size making them easy to swallow. you won't feel any effects from them so I cannot speak to that but I believe that they are decent and a good value for your money.
