Biotin, Collagen & Keratin

These are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste so I like that about them. I took one pill twice a day for 45 days. My hair did appear to grow a little more than usual but it is hard to see a difference in any supplement in that short of a time. Nails grow a lot slower and I bite them so I do not know if they changed. I like that this contains multiple supplements in one so you don't have to buy them all separately.

Upon opening the package, I felt concerned. The box has been handled roughly but I decided to overlook that, considering it could’ve been anyone’s fault, including the carrier. Honestly, I don’t know what the texture is like, how easy these are to swallow, how effective these are are strengthening nails, nor how they effect skin health because I decided not to take them after reading the labels. These have NOT been examined by the FDA, tested by a third party, nor verified by an independent organization and they are an unknown company. There could be anything in these supplements and what’s concerning is that they aren’t upfront about this here. It’s not apparent on Amazon. In order to find out if they are FDA approved or otherwise, before ordering, you must click through multiple things and it’s further down on the purchase page. They have photos of the label but excluded that part of the it and call themselves “American Choice”. They aren’t this American’s choice. Perhaps if they were more transparent before people order these, spending their money on them, I’d be a little more willing to try them out; but this sends the message that they’re just trying to make money. If you do choose to try these, you’ve been warned. Be cautious and at the very least, consider keeping a side effect diary in case you develop adverse effects.

Wow! This supplement has it all. As I've gotten older, my hair texture has changed, and I've noticed more hair fall. In researching helpful ingredients, I noticed that this supplement has everything I'm looking for. My previous supplement was lacking in a handful of these ingredients, so I thought I'd give this one a try. In just a few weeks, I've noticed quicker growth and less hair fall. My nails are also stronger and less brittle. My skin seems to be less dry and appears healthier. The capsules are of a normal size and easy to swallow. Overall, I'm happy with the effectiveness and value of this supplement.

You may have a better result than I did, but I noticed no benefit from this supplement.The problem with supplements like this is that different people may see different results. I have been taking biotin and collagen as separate supplements for years to lessen my hair loss and encourage hair growth. These capsules combine those as well as keratin, the 9 essential amino acids, and essentials minerals. They are easy to swallow and do not have an aftertaste. So far, I have not experienced any native side effects. My nails, hair, and skin are strong. I like that these are manufactured in the USA and follow GMP and ISO 9001 standards. In the product description, they say to take this for 90 days to experience the transformation of your hair, nails and skin. The recommended dosage is two capsules per day, meaning this bottle will only last 45 days. That would require the purchase of a second bottle. For me, it replaces several supplements and that does mean these are worth their price.

And that's good for overall health.Since I've already am feeling better from exercising, I am happy to complete the entire bottle to determine what other benefits I discover. Wow. I ordered these thinking they'd be pretty much all Biotin. They have the whole gamit of Bs and even Zinc and so much more focused on skin and beauty. The supplement recommended dose is 2 capsules which are smooth and easy to swallow. The most important thing is they didn't give me indigestion. I didn't feel nauseous nor did I burp them afterwards like some supplements do. I'm happy that I found biotin without sugar as I usually eat chewables. They are not vegan btw, have fish and dairy.

I started taking this and I like how it feels so far. It has biotin, collagen, keratin, for hair, skin, and nails. My nails seem a bit stronger. This Biotin is comparable quality to the one I've previously used. It comes in a box and the bottle inside has one seal and is a new product. The shelf life is 1.5 years from the date I received it. It comes in a capsule form which tastes like you would expect. Or you can twist it open to mix the powder contents into food. Fairly large capsule but easy enough to take.

I am on a regular regimen of biotin. I like the content of B vitamins but it's also good for hair, skin, and nails.
